This is a chance to speak to the group and pitch an idea, ask for help, look for a team. We will spend most of our time on this ! Please attend in person.

We will offer closing remarks, and give everyone an opportunity to gather to go grab a quick bite outside in Tenjin and possibly wander off to “the next place”. Depending on access, it may be possible to work late on site.

Japanese Breakfast. Coffee Available at the Cafe or nearby Convenience Store.

Opening Remarks.

Open Hacking Session. Lunch at 1PM. Dinner at 17:00. Some people will lead groups to go out for food or drink during the dinner hour if you prefer outside food.

Hacking Session and wrap up your projects and submit by 14:00!!!

Judges will convene. All participant teams will demo their submissions. Please use a real AVP for the demos.

16:00 After judging, Awards will be announced. Tune in online or in person.

After awards, teams are free to go home or head out to dinner together. A post party will be sponsored at 20:30 in Tenjin. Participants will be offered free drinks until 22:00. Location TBA.
